• ·The legal advisors for various financial instrument projects are :
• CP, SCP, PPN legal counsel of SPIC Guizhou Jinyuan Co., Ltd.;
• Acting as the special legal counsel for the issuance of corporate bonds by Shanghai Dianshan Lake New City Development Co., Ltd.;
• Acting as the special legal counsel for PE by Beijing Ruogu Shangde Investment Management Co., Ltd.;
• Special legal consultant for asset verification of the Quota Licensing Bureau of the Ministry of Commerce.
