On the afternoon of November 21, 2025, Sino Pro Law Firm held an expanded meeting of the executive partners. The meeting deliberated on the matters submitted by the Management Committee regarding attorneys' applications for partnership admission and the construction of the brand team for the "Special Legal Services" initiative.
In 2025, Sino Pro Law Firm maintained steady development in terms of personnel team, business scale, revenue, and brand construction. As of October 2025, the headquarters of Sino Pro had 331 attorneys. Two new branch offices were established in Weifang and Haikou, bringing the total number of existing branch offices to 13. The firm added 4 new business support staff (public assistants), achieving the goal that all partners are assigned a business assistant. The Party Committee of Sino Pro optimized the organizational structure, completed the re-election of the First, Second and Third Party Branches, and newly established the Sixth and Seventh Party Branches.
The Party building brand "Xinxin Xiangdang" was recognized as a Party building innovation brand featuring "Strong Party Building, Strong Development" by the Working Committee for Non-Public Economic Organizations and Social Organizations of the Beijing Municipal Party Committee, and was granted funding support from the Party organization of municipal social organizations.
Upon the vote of all executive partners, the meeting approved the matters concerning the promotion of partners. Seventeen attorneys, including Wang Junqin, Wang Zhenji, Mao Huifen, Bai He, Liu Jiali, Liu Bingting, Yang Xinyu, Song Siyu, Zhang Zhigang, Zhang Ai, Zhang Huiyun, Chen Haofang, Gui Yuanyuan, Jia Yu, Xu Dong, Jin Peng, and Yan Bo (sorted by the number of strokes in their surnames), have joined the partnership of Sino Pro Law Firm.
